We are now on the lookout for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, proactive Executive Assistant with a near-native level of Spanish:

 

About the Role:

 

  • Representing and assisting the Managing Director.
  • Arranging travel, visas, accommodation, set up meetings and schedule appointments.
  • Attendance at meetings, minute taking, providing general assistance during presentations and follow-up on all meetings and managing task lists.
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
  • Managing the digital marketing:  website design, advertisement, social media, Google adwords, SEO.
  • Working closely with the Managing Director on marketing projects, including artwork design and newsletters to clients and Marine Trades.
  • Inputting into Sage of Daily Cashbook.
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements as needed.
  • Traveling involved (once per month on average).

 

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be a near-native Spanish Speaker with:

 

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant/ PA supporting Senior Management.
  • Degree in Marketing or a strong interest in it.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to use own initiative and problem solving skills with minimum supervision.
  • Proficient working knowledge of the following packages:  MS Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Sage.
  • Experience in a digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • You have strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain composure and prioritize to deadlines, against a backdrop of a busy environment.
  • Enthusiastic and confident with strong interpersonal & influencing skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels of seniority.

 

You will be successful in this job if you have a "can do" attitude, are a self starter and solution driven.
Speaking German at a fluent level is a plus.
